The Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services (OSEP) have provided a fact sheet to address the risks of the COVID-19 while serving the needs of all children with disabilities. During this unique time, there are many questions about how to provide a free and appropriate public education through a virtual medium. There is no one approach. Each state and or local education agency, must make individual decisions on how best to meet the needs of their students.
