R-ISE works with schools to re-create and sustain special education programming that will work in international schools and private schools.. R-ISE facilitates and informs the process by working alongside community members to bring innovative and cost effective ideas to develop special education programs. Research tells us that strong administration leadership and a dedicated special education program director are why efficient and effective special education programs exist in international and private schools. The culture of belonging coupled with these special education programs is life-changing for students, families, and educators as the needs of the whole child are met.

R-ISE also works with families of children with disabilities. The value of a collaborative and consultative team between home and school provides a consistency for children with special education needs. R-ISE collaborates with families to help children with disabilities find their purpose through educational planning and realistic goal setting. R-ISE equips and supports families of children with disabilities throughout their special education journey. R-ISE consults with family organizations and support groups to provide educational workshops on a variety of topics including procedural safeguards, how to be an effective and active IEP team member, understanding educational psychologist reports, program offerings, and placements.

  • Innovation
